- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 (12-oz.) jar roasted chicken gravy
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- In medium saucepan, combine all filling ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
- Open frozen pie crusts and pour filling into one of the crusts.
- REMOVE crimp from second crust with sharp knife, while crust is still frozen in pan. REMOVE frozen crust from pan and center upside down on top of filled pie. LET THAW 10 to 20 minutes; crimp edges together. CUT 2 to 3 slits in top crust.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown. If necessary, cover edge of crust with strips of foil after 15 to 20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning.
