INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerated Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 16 slices Hormel pepperoni
  • 1-3/4 cup pizza sauce, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll can of dough into a 12×5-inch rectangle; firmly press perforations and seams together to seal.
  3. Spread dough with 1/4 cup pizza sauce, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Top with pepperoni, mozzarella and 3 Tbsp. Cheddar.
  4. Roll up, starting at one long side of the rectangle; pinch seams to seal. Cut roll crosswise into 12 slices.
  5. Place in 9×13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar and serve with remaining pizza sauce.

CHEF'S TIP

Serve with crushed red pepper flakes for an added kick of flavor.
