INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces uncooked macaroni
- 1 (15 ounce) can Hormel Chili with Beans
- 1 1/2 cups CHI-CHI's Salsa
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded marble Jack cheese, divided
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 2½-quart baking dish. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Pour into large bowl.
- In large bowl, toss chili, salsa, green pepper and chili powder with cooked macaroni until well mixed.
- Stir in 1½ cups cheese. Spoon into prepared casserole. Top with remaining ½ cup cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted and lightly browned.
